Sitting here enjoying studying Toxicology in a candlelight (scented, RELAXING!) when I come across this sentence in my article

What to do with my candle? Keep it light and risk a premature death or keep it burning and enjoy the cinnamony scent?

Current self-esteem situation

Over the past couple days my self-esteem situation has been a mess.

Some days its really, really good allowing me to talk to people and have me feeling like I can do anything.

Other days, and most days, its really low, to the point where I question everything about this. This is bad and I’ve come to realise that the first way is the way to go.

The other day I stumbled to one of the best inspirational videos I’ve ever seen. One that made feel like absolute shit. To be honest, made me sad. Made me question everything I was thinking about at the time. For the life of me, I cannot find that video again. If I could, I would open every day with it. It’s allowed me to regain this “lost self-esteem” and made me feel incredible.

Made me more outgoing and more willing to talk to new people. Get to know them. Get my name out there in the world. Once I can finally overcome my slight shyness, I think the life as I know it now will change for the better. Actually, not for the better but for the best.

In short, I am quite enjoying life right now with the exception of this lame organic chem lab that needs to be completed.

Procrastination is another issue itself though…
